The service
GoPuppy is an iOS application that provides structured dog training lessons, and this website, which provides related written guidance. By using either, you agree to these terms.
Training guidance is general information
Lessons and articles are general educational information. They are not veterinary advice and not a behaviour plan for a specific dog. If your dog shows aggression, severe anxiety, sudden behaviour changes, or any sign of illness or pain, consult a qualified veterinarian or a certified behaviourist. You are responsible for your dog’s safety and for the safety of people and animals around them.
Subscriptions
GoPuppy offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, or redistribute lesson content, and do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the app or this website.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoPuppy is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website.
