Your dog's training plan, one short session a day
Stop stitching advice together from ten different videos. GoPuppy tells you what to practise today, exactly how to do it, and shows you the progress you're making.
- 5–10 minute sessions built around real life
- A plan that adapts to your dog's age and level
- Free to start — no account needed to begin
Training a dog isn't hard because the dog is difficult
It's hard because nobody tells you the order to do things in.
Too much advice
Every video contradicts the last one. You end up switching methods every week, which is the one thing guaranteed to confuse a dog.
No sense of order
Recall before settling? Crate before or after potty training? Without a sequence you practise whatever you saw most recently.
No visible progress
You trained "something" most days but can't tell whether it worked — so motivation quietly dies in week three.
How GoPuppy works
- 1
Answer a few questions
Your dog's age, what they already know, and how much time you realistically have each day.
- 2
Get a day-by-day plan
Not a library of videos to browse — an ordered curriculum, with today's session waiting when you open the app.
- 3
Train for five minutes
Each lesson is broken into steps with what to do, what "good" looks like, and what to do when it goes wrong.
- 4
Watch it add up
Completed sessions, streaks and skills unlocked — the feedback loop that keeps you training past week three.
What you'll actually train
Every guide below is free to read, and so is the schedule generator. The app turns them into a dated plan with reminders and progress.
-
Puppy training schedule
What to teach in weeks 8 through 16, week by week.
-
Potty training
A routine that works, and how to handle the setbacks.
-
Stopping puppy biting
Bite inhibition without shouting or scruffing.
-
Crate training
Turning the crate into a place your dog chooses.
-
Loose leash walking
Walks that stop feeling like a tug of war.

Questions
Is GoPuppy free?
You can start for free — onboarding builds your plan and the first days of training are included. A subscription unlocks the full curriculum and all lessons.
How long does a training session take?
Five to ten minutes. Short sessions beat long ones for dogs: attention spans are limited, and finishing while your dog is still succeeding is what makes the next session easier.
Does it work for adult dogs, or only puppies?
Both. The plan adapts to your dog’s age and what they already know. Adult dogs often move faster through foundations and spend more time on real-life situations like loose leash walking and settling.
What does GoPuppy actually teach?
Everyday life skills: potty training, crate training, bite inhibition, loose leash walking, recall, settle, door manners and polite greetings — plus optional tricks.
Do I need any equipment?
A handful of small treats and a normal leash. No clicker required, though you can use one if you already train with it.
On Android?
It's coming — and you'll be first to know
